Take-Out Available for April 3 & 4:
 
Turkey & vegetable casserole 
   w/bread stuffing topping (serves 2-3) . . . . . $15 each
 
Braised, sliced beef brisket
   w/beef gravy (order in 1/2 lb. increments) . . $16/lb.

Our take out items will not be hot foods to go, but rather foods that you can take home and warm up or bake yourself.  We will provide heating/cooking instructions for you to follow. 
 
Logistics:
 
1. Our take-out options will change each week.
 
2.  E-mail your order to cloudlandvt@gmail.com by Wednesday at 6 p.m. each week. In the e-mail you will also tell us whether you want to pick up on Friday or Saturday. (Friday 1:30 to 5:30 OR Saturday 10-3)
 
3.  Chef Ira will prepare these orders using ingredients from Cloudland and other local farms just as we have always done in the restaurant.  
 
4. We will offer “curbside” pick up and will not be allowing customers into the restaurant.  You will be able to enjoy a scenic drive up Cloudland Road, which will get you out of the house for a bit and allow you to breathe some fresh Vermont air. There will be a table set up outside the entry door where your bagged take out order will be placed by us and where you will place your payment.  We will be accepting cash, check or credit card and will e-mail you your total cost (including meals tax) ahead of time.
 
***For those of you who would like to order but can’t leave your home or feel uncomfortable leaving your home, please let us know and we will make arrangements to deliver your order.
